Our Open House is scheduled for February 7th. We don’t expect our younger classes to fill before then, and maybe not our older classes, so still encourage families to come visit our space on the 7th and get to know our teachers to help inform your decision to join Little Wildflowers. We will post updates on our website if class enrollment gets close to capacity and we need to start a waiting list. If you have any questions or concerns ahead of time please feel free to reach out.
Classes

Otters
We’re considering bringing back our toddlers class (and maybe introducing a new babies class) for the 2026-27 school year. This would likely take the form of a 2-hour class, one day per week, where the parent/caregiver attends with their child. We expect to make a decision by mid-late February.
Contact us if you’d like to be notified if we add this class.

ORCAS
1.5-2.5 years old (by August 31st); age exemptions allowed by teacher approval
From the reading corner to our play structures, your student will have a vibrant and safe space to use those new motor skill and engage their interests. Outdoor play is followed by snack time, indoor activities, and concludes with Circle Time with Teacher Naomi. Our Orcas students attend a 2-hour class, two days a week: one drop-off day and one caregiver workday. We understand our younger students might need an adjustment period before being comfortable with drop-off – we work with each family to support this process with the goal of eventually working towards drop-off so students can benefit from the growth and independence it nurtures.
We started offering this new older toddler/young preschooler age range in 2025 and it quickly became a hit with families who are excited to do a two-day/week class with their child and get used to the drop-off system prior to joining our Pre-3s Chickadees class.
